Silver Bullet Mines Corp. Updates on Washington Mine in Idaho

Burlington, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – August 23, 2022) – Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (TSXV: SBMI) (OTCQB: SBMCF) (‘SBMI’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to provide an update on its ongoing operations at its 100%-owned Washington Mine in Idaho. This mine is on patented lands.

Site work has commenced to prepare the property for rehabilitation and production. A local portable sawmill operator is on-site to prepare to mill timbers. A contractor has been scheduled to upgrade the access road and to establish site water, electricity and storage. Near-term surface work will focus on rock bolting, screening and shotcreting the historical portal face, as well as preparing timbers and insulation for mine entry support.

Contract terms have been negotiated with an underground mine contractor and, subject to completion of a federal agency filing and the approval of mine design by the Company’s mine engineer, underground rehabilitation is anticipated to begin in or about October. It is not possible at this time to provide a timetable for production as that largely depends upon the rehabilitation process. At some point in time, Mine Safety and Health Administration will carry out an inspection.

The Washington Mine first saw production in the late 1800’s with an average gold grade of one ounce per ton. It again produced gold in the 1930’s during which time the then-owner lacked the process capability needed to produce silver, so a decision was made to block out the silver mineralization with the intention of returning at a future date to extract it. To the best of SBMI’s knowledge, the blocked-out volume remains in situ. A historical report indicates the blocked-out volume contains an estimated 3 million ounces of silver with a grade of 30 to 90 ounces per ton and 15,000 ounces of gold at 0.3 ounces per ton. Stoker also indicated the underground location of the “Berger Vein”, described as a “gold ore shoot 25 feet wide, 135 feet long, and unknown depth.” Average grades were given as 0.3 oz/ton gold with unknown silver content. Additional notes in Stoker suggest that the Berger Vein had been intersected in drifting at the 400-foot level.

SBMI does not know the methods by which such work was carried out, or whether all or part of it was under the supervision of a Qualified Person, as that term is defined in NI43-101. Based in part on the information from Stoker, and in part on the data above, and from its own other observations, SBMI took a bulk sample from the Washington Mine, the results of which were disclosed on January 18, 2022. That bulk sample returned 55.5 ounces silver per ton, within the historical parameters of 30 to 90 ounces silver per ton.

Further, the Company may have found the surface expression of the Berger Vein in its 2021 field season. As disclosed on December 9, 2021 soil geochemistry returned gold values up to 9 ppm in areas of shallow soil cover. The Company anticipates that future field work comprising of further soil geochemistry and hand trenching could lead to exposure of in-place gold mineralization.

Underground, historical plan maps depict a cross cut at the main portal level at about 200 feet lower in elevation. The Company believes the cross cut accessed the Berger Vein. SBMI intends to access this cross cut during rehabilitation efforts. Once safe passage through the cross cut is secured, SBMI anticipates systematic sampling, evaluation and potential underground drilling in the Berger Vein area.

Goldshore Sampling of Historic Core Expands Mineralization with 104.2m at 1.04 g/t Au and Identifies New Parallel Zone

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – August 23, 2022) – Goldshore Resources Inc. (TSXV: GSHR) (OTCQB: GSHRF) (FSE: 8X00) (“Goldshore” or the “Company“), is pleased to announce assay results from previously unsampled historic drill core at the Moss Lake Project in Northwest Ontario, Canada (the “Moss Lake Gold Project”).

Goldshore’s team has retrieved historical core that remains on the Moss Lake Gold Project where the drill collars have been recovered and accurately surveyed. Prior operators selectively sampled core that fit with the model used at the time. This core is now being relogged and sampled by Goldshore. This presents an excellent, cost-effective opportunity for Goldshore to generate significant results without new drilling, particularly in those holes that coincide with Goldshore’s identified targets. This news release presents results from six such historical holes where sampling by prior operators was incomplete.

Highlights:

  • Sampling of unsampled sections of two historic drill holes at the QES Zone have increased the width and grade of gold mineralization over that previously reported. The expanded intercepts include:
    • 104.2m @ 1.04 g/t Au from 422.0m in NS247, including
      • 19.40m @ 2.66 g/t Au from 458.6m
      • This section includes the visible gold reported on April 19, 2022
      • The hole ended in mineralization
    • 56.1m @ 0.42 g/t Au from 493.5m in NS248
  • Sampling has also identified a new southern parallel zone that was previously unrecognized, including:
    • 9.30m @ 1.28 g/t Au from 244.6m depth, including
      • 0.9m @ 10.95 g/t from 253.0m
    • 0.9m @ 35.7 g/t Au from 271.65m and
    • 78.45m @ 0.35 g/t Au from 331.55m in NS247

  • Additional sampling of four drillholes assessing regional prospects confirmed initial results.

Results have been received for six historical holes that were incompletely sampled in the past and have now been more completely sampled to fully assess the intersected mineralized zones. Two holes (NS247 and NS248) targeted the QES Zone and four holes (ML-02-006, ML-04-016, ML-04-017, and ML-04-018) tested regional prospects south of the Moss Lake Project.

Assays from new sampling at NS247 and NS248 have expanded the widths of the known mineralized intercepts and identified a new parallel zone to the south of QES. They show that gold mineralization at Moss Lake is wider than previously believed and contains additional higher-grade structures beyond that defined by historic drilling. Step back drilling of the QES Zone has begun to determine the extent of the new parallel zones south of the QES Zone.

The broad zone of 104.2m @ 1.04 g/t Au from 422.0m in NS247 compares to an historic interval of 104.2m @ 0.88 g/t Au if the unsampled intervals are assigned zero grade, which seems to be what previous geologists thought. Similarly, the interval 56.1m @ 0.42 g/t Au from 493.5m in NS248 compares to an historic interval of 56.1m @ 0.31 g/t Au.

The high-grade section of NS247(19.40m @ 2.66 g/t Au from 458.6m) includes a narrow quartz-pyrite-chalcopyrite vein zone with visible gold that was reported on April 19, 2022. Surprisingly, this interval returned only 0.3m @ 1.01 g/t Au from 546.8m highlighting the nuggetty nature of gold mineralization. The drill hole ended in gold mineralization suggesting that the mineralized zone is wider.

Infill sampling of ML-04-016 and ML-04-018 yielded minor increases to the width of historic intercepts. No additional mineralized zones were identified in any of the four holes.

Several additional holes have been identified as having unsampled intervals within mineralized drill core. Historical core archives are being reexamined to locate, identify, and recover drill core for further infill sampling.

Pete Flindell, VP Exploration for Goldshore, said “These drill results confirm our contention that previous explorers did not assess the full scale of gold mineralization at Moss Lake. As such, Moss Lake holds significant potential to be a larger gold system. Our assessment of historic drill core will continue in parallel with our 100,000-meter drill program.”

Analytical and QA/QC Procedures

All samples were sent to ALS Geochemistry in Thunder Bay for preparation and analysis was performed in the ALS Vancouver analytical facility. ALS is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) for the Accreditation of Mineral Analysis Testing Laboratories and CAN-P-4E ISO/IEC 17025. Samples were analyzed for gold via fire assay with an AA finish (“Au-AA23”) and 48 pathfinder elements via ICP-MS after four-acid digestion (“ME-MS61”). Samples that assayed over 10 ppm Au were re-run via fire assay with a gravimetric finish (“Au-GRA21”).

In addition to ALS quality assurance / quality control (“QA/QC”) protocols, Goldshore has implemented a quality control program for all samples collected through the drilling program. The quality control program was designed by a qualified and independent third party, with a focus on the quality of analytical results for gold. Analytical results are received, imported to our secure on-line database and evaluated to meet our established guidelines to ensure that all sample batches pass industry best practice for analytical quality control. Certified reference materials are considered acceptable if values returned are within three standard deviations of the certified value reported by the manufacture of the material. In addition to the certified reference material, certified blank material is included in the sample stream to monitor contamination during sample preparation. Blank material results are assessed based on the returned gold result being less than ten times the quoted lower detection limit of the analytical method. The results of the on-going analytical quality control program are evaluated and reported to Goldshore by Orix Geoscience Inc.

About the Moss Lake Gold Project

The Moss Lake Gold Project is located approximately 100 km west of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It is accessed via Highway 11 which passes within 1 km of the property boundary to the north. The Moss Lake Gold Project covers 14,292 hectares and consists of 282 unpatented and patented mining claims.

The Moss Lake Gold Project hosts a number of gold and base metal rich deposits including the Moss Lake Deposit, the East Coldstream Deposit (Table 3), the historically producing North Coldstream Mine (Table 4), and the Hamlin Zone, all of which occur over a mineralized trend exceeding 20 km in length. A historical preliminary economic assessment (the “Moss Lake Historical Estimate“) was completed on the Moss Lake Gold Project in 2013 and published by Moss Lake Gold Mines Ltd. (“Moss Lake Gold Mines“)1,3. A historical mineral resource estimate (the “East Coldstream Historical Estimate“) was completed on the East Coldstream Deposit in 2011 by Foundation Resources Inc.2,3 In addition to these zones, the Moss Lake Gold Project also hosts a number of under-explored mineral occurrences which are reported to exist both at surface and in historically drilled holes. The Moss Lake Deposit is a shear-hosted disseminated-style gold deposit which outcrops at surface. It has been drilled over a 2.5 km length and to depths of 300 m with 376 holes completed between 1983 and 2017. The last drilling program conducted in 2016 and 2017 by Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. (“Wesdome“), which consisted of widely spaced holes along the strike extension of the deposit was successful in expanding the mineralized footprint and hydrothermal system 1.6 km to the northeast. Additionally, the deposit remains largely open to depth. In 2017, Wesdome completed an induced polarization survey which traced the potential extensions of pyrite mineralization associated with the Moss Lake Deposit over a total strike length of 8 km and spanning the entire extent of the survey grids.

The East Coldstream Deposit is a shear-hosted disseminated-style gold deposit which locally outcrops at surface. It has been drilled over a 1.3 km length and to depths of 200 m with 138 holes completed between 1988 and 2017. The deposit remains largely open at depth and may have the potential for expansion along strike. Historic drill hole highlights from the East Coldstream Deposit include 4.86 g/t Au over 27.3 m in C-10-15.

The historically producing North Coldstream Mine is reported to have produced significant amounts of copper, gold and silver4 from mineralization with potential iron-oxide-copper-gold deposit style affinity. The exploration potential immediately surrounding the historic mining area is not currently well understood and historic data compilation is required.

The Hamlin Zone is a significant occurrence of copper and gold mineralization, and also of potential iron-oxide-copper-gold deposit style affinity. Between 2008 and 2011, Glencore tested Hamlin with 24 drill holes which successfully outlined a broad and intermittently mineralized zone over a strike length of 900 m. Historic drill hole highlights from the Hamlin Zone include 0.9 g/t Au and 0.35% Cu over 150.7 m in HAM-11-75.

The Moss Lake, East Coldstream and North Coldstream deposits sit on a mineral trend marked by a regionally significant deformation zone locally referred to as the Wawiag Fault Zone in the area of the Moss Lake Deposit. This deformation zone occurs over a length of approximately 20 km on the Moss Lake Gold Project and there is an area spanning approximately 7 km between the Moss Lake and East Coldstream deposits that is significantly underexplored.

Capping was established at 35 g/t Au, supported by statistical analysis and the high grade distribution within the deposit. Compositing was done on drill hole sections falling within the mineralized zone solids (composite = 1 m). Resources were evaluated from drill hole samples using the ID2 interpolation method in a multi-folder percent block model using Gems version 6.4. Based on geostatistics, the ellipse range for interpolation was 75m x 67.5m x 40m. The Indicated category is defined by combining the blocks within the two main zones and various statistical criteria, such as average distance to composites, distance to closest composite, quantity of drill holes within the search area. Ounce (troy) = metric tons x grade / 31.10348. Calculations used metric units (metres, tonnes and g/t). The number of metric tonnes was rounded to the nearest thousand. Any discrepancies in the totals are due to rounding effects; rounding followed the recommendations in NI 43-101.

This is supported by statistical analysis and the high grade distribution within the deposit. Compositing was done on drill hole sections falling within the mineralized zone solids (composite = 1 m). Resources were evaluated from drill hole samples using the ID2 interpolation method in a multi-folder percent block model using Datamine Studio 3 version 3.20.5321.0. Recource categorization is based on spatial continuity based from the variography of the assays within the drillholes. Ounce (troy) = metric tons x grade / 31.10348. Calculations used metric units (metres, tonnes and g/t). The number of metric tonnes was rounded to the nearest thousand. Any discrepancies in the totals are due to rounding effects; rounding followed the recommendations in NI 43-101.

YERINGTON, Nev., Aug. 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nevada Copper (TSX: NCU) (OTC: NEVDF) (FSE: ZYTA) (“Nevada Copper” or the “Company”) provides an update on its operations and financing initiatives and activities at its Pumpkin Hollow copper mine (the “Underground Mine”) located in Yerington, Nevada.

Operational Restart Planning

During July, management has advanced its Underground Mine restart plans, which focus on the acceleration of key capital items followed by the development of a significant stope ore inventory in advance of a mill restart and completion of production ramp-up. The development of restart plans has allowed the Company to advance financing discussions with its key stakeholders. The commencement of restart activities is contingent on the Company obtaining long-term financing, as discussed below.

The Company continues to work with its creditors and vendors to defer payments and maintain the operation in a temporary suspension status, with only limited operational activities being undertaken to protect the Company’s assets, to minimize cash burn until closing of a restart funding package.

Restart Financing

The Company has expended the full amount of the previously disclosed US$20 million promissory note from Pala Investments Limited (“Pala”), the Company’s largest shareholder. Pala has indicated that it is prepared to provide additional financing of up to US$20 million through further promissory notes (US$4 million of which has already been advanced) while the Company continues discussions with its financing partners. The Company will continue to require interim financing until a restart funding package is secured and closed. As previously disclosed, pending completion of a financing package, the Company has not made payments due to certain creditors and vendors and is in default of its obligations under certain financing agreements and other contractual arrangements.

There can be no assurance that the Company will obtain additional interim financing or that the longer-term restart funding package will be agreed or completed on terms satisfactory to the Company and within the required timeframe, or at all. In the absence of securing such arrangements or alternative financing arrangements, the Company will not be able to continue carrying on business in the ordinary course and may need to pursue proceedings for creditor protection. The Company’s creditors may also seek to commence enforcement action, including realizing on their security over the Company’s assets.

Metallic Minerals Closes $4 Million Private Placement Financing

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 9, 2022 / Metallic Minerals (TSX.V:MMG)(OTCQB:MMNGF) (“Metallic Minerals“, or the “Company“) is pleased to report that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate proceeds of $4,032,000 through the issuance of 9,600,000 units at a price of $0.42 per flow-through unit (the “Private Placement”). Each Unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half purchase warrant where each whole warrant is exercisable into a flow-through common share for 30 months at a price of $0.50 on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”).

Lion One Reports Latest Results from Its Phase 2 Infill Drill Program from Tuvatu, Fiji, Demonstrating Significant New Mineralization, Including a Bonanza Intercept of 584.07 g/t Au Over 0.30m

Results for the first 11 holes of Lion One’s Phase 2 infill program on Zone 5 of their fully permitted Tuvatu alkaline gold deposit are here reported. The results to date indicate significant new intercepts of high- to bonanza-grade Au mineralization that was not known to occur as part of the existing resource model. The Phase 2 infill drill program was designed to confirm the location, size, and continuity of the known mineralized lodes, in a portion of the orebody slated for early production (Figure 1A).

Results of the ongoing infill drill program to date are summarized below in Table 1. Highlighted in blue on Table 1 are specific drill intercepts that are outside of the mineralized lodes that make up the existing resource model. Each of these additional intercepts has the potential to add width, grade, and continuity to the resource in this portion of the Tuvatu orebody.

Since the start of Phase 2 infill drill program in February 2022, Lion One has to date completed approximately 3,700m out of a planned 8,000m of infill drilling. This news release reports the results from approximately 2,375m of drilling, equivalent to approximately 30% of the planned program.

Infill Drilling Program

Two phases of infill drilling have been planned at Tuvatu with the aim of infilling areas within the current resource and thus augmenting the data density, to further improve the resolution of the geological model in portions of the deposit scheduled for earliest production. Phase 1 infill drilling was completed over Zone 2 (Figure 1A) in mid-February 2022, adding over 8,400m of new drill data, including 7,475m of new drilling and 955m of sampling of previously unsampled historic drill core (see Feb. 23, 2022 News Release).

This release presents final assay data from the initial 11 drill holes completed as part of the Phase 2 infill program, which is planned for approximately 8000m of diamond drilling from surface and underground, and is aimed at upgrading the resource database in Zone 5 of the Tuvatu orebody (Figure 1). The program as planned includes 30 holes totalling 5,400m carried out from 4 separate drill stations at surface, and 34 holes totalling 2,600m carried out from 6 underground drill stations. Phase 2 infill drill program began February 17, 2022 with drill hole TUDDH-577, and is expected to require 5-6 months of drilling using three rigs (two from surface and one from underground) to complete.

The results from the initial approximately 2,375m of drilling in Zone 5 (Figure 2), representing approximately 30% of the planned program total, indicate consistent high-grade to locally bonanza-grade Au mineralization for known mineralized lodes in this portion of the current resource (Table 1). Additionally, the results from the initial 30% of the Phase 2 infill program indicates significant new high-grade mineralization not previously known to occur prior to this program, and therefore not included in the current resource statement.

Overall, results to date suggest higher-than-expected continuity and widths of mineralization, locally at grades above the calculated average grade of the deposit. Indeed, the Phase 2 infill program is confirming, and in certain instances, extending previously modelled lodes in this part of the resource. Intercepts of exceptionally high-grades (e.g. 584.07 g/t Au in TUDDH-586) are in line with bonanza results documented from several intercepts from the previously completed Phase 1 infill drill program, providing further support to the expectation of an overall increase in average grades of the lodes scheduled for earliest phases of mining.

Numerous mineralized intervals, including the 584.07 g/t Au bonanza-grade intercept in hole TUDDH-586 as well as 43.34 g/t Au over 0.30m from 187.7-188.0m in hole TUDDH-580, occur fully outside of existing modelled lodes (Table 1, highlighted), adding to our understanding of the lode geometry, as well as to the overall inventory of high-grade mineralization slated for early production at Tuvatu.

As per the Phase 1 infill program, numerous strategically located historic holes have also been identified for resampling, the results of which will be reported in future news releases.

QAQC Procedures

Lion One adheres to rigorous QAQC procedures above and beyond basic regulatory guidelines in conducting its sampling, drilling, testing, and analyses. The Company utilizes its own fleet of diamond drill rigs, using PQ, HQ and NQ sized drill core rods. Drill core is logged and split by Lion One personnel on site. Samples are delivered to and analysed at the Company’s geochemical and metallurgical laboratory in Fiji. Duplicates of all samples with grades above 0.5 g/t Au are both re-assayed at Lion One’s lab and delivered to ALS Global Laboratories in Australia (ALS) for check assay determinations. All samples for all high-grade intercepts are sent to ALS for check assays. All samples are pulverized to 80% passing through 75 microns. Gold analysis is carried out using fire assay with an AA finish. Samples that have returned grades greater than 10.00 g/t Au are then re-analysed by gravimetric method. For samples that return greater than 0.50 g/t Au, repeat fire assay runs are carried out and repeated until a result is obtained that is within 10% of the original fire assay run. For samples with multiple fire assay runs, the average of duplicate runs is presented. Lion One’s laboratory can also assay for a range of 71 other elements through Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), but currently focuses on a suite of 9 important pathfinder elements. All duplicate anomalous samples are sent to ALS labs in Townsville QLD and are analysed by the same methods (Au-AA26, and Au-GRA22 where applicable). ALS also analyses for 33 pathfinder elements by HF-HNO3-HClO4 acid digestion, HCl leach and ICP-AES (method ME-ICP61).

I know I just put an update out just last week but things are really moving fast !
I will make it quick :
Mill site is going great . Last major frame material arrived late but we got it now this week we can complete the screen frame and conveyor install then work on the chutes . Last but not least we are supposed to be drilling our well this week fingers crossed and then electrical. Do not anticipate a problem with supply as all components are NA made . Oh yah one other thing we are starting to stockpile ore at the millsite this week !
At the mine check out the new video on the website and on Utube. We now have our second access to The Treasure Room opened up and our destination is in sight ! Still lots of work but we are up for it !
On the Idaho front I said news is coming and it is . We are really making headway in anticipation of being on site in April! Really exciting.
On the corporate front I hope you saw the pr on the financing really phenomenal that we were able to accomplish this ! Over 80% of the funding came from existing shareholders. We have a few stragglers that will close this week but we did it ! Also I hope you saw the Metaverse PR ? We need to get people excited about SBMI and one of those ways is to think outside the box and that’s what we are doing! Always pushing the rope uphill.

Silver Bullet Mines Corp. Second Tranche of Successful Financing

Burlington, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – March 11, 2022) – Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (TSXV: SBMI) (‘SBMI’ or ‘the Company’) announces it today has closed on $810,075 in its previously announced financing, bringing the total raised to date to $1,574,075.

This tranche represents 2,205,188 Units, with each Unit priced at $0.40 (forty cents). Each Unit consists of one common share and one full 60-cent (sixty cent) warrant with a 24-month term, with each such warrant being exercisable into a common share (the “Financing”). There is no acceleration clause on such warrants.

This is the second tranche of Units on which SBMI has closed. The first tranche of $764,000 was announced February 18, 2022. SBMI has further subscription agreements in hand which means SBMI will close on at least one further tranche before March 26, 2022.

These proceeds from the Financing will be used to complete the process of putting the Buckeye Silver Mine into pilot production in March, 2022, to advance work at the past-producing silver and gold Washington Mine in Idaho, and for working capital.

“This financing is a success for the company and the shareholders,” said A. John Carter, SBMI’s CEO. “Our original minimum target was $500,000 and the investors blew that number away. The funds raised in this financing have been budgeted to be more than enough to put the Buckeye Mine into production, to complete our mill, and to advance the Washington Mine to where it can be ready for mineral extraction.”

Referral fees may be paid to arm’s length persons in connection with the issuance of the Units. Group Ten Reports High-Grade Drill Results Spanning Seven Kilometers at Stillwater West, Demonstrating Significant Potential for Expansion of Critical Mineral Resources in Montana, USA

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 7, 2022 / Group Ten Metals Inc. (TSX.V:PGE; OTCQB:PGEZF; FSE:5D32) (the “Company” or “Group Ten”) today reports partial results from four drill holes in a second tranche of drill results from the 14-hole resource expansion campaign completed at the Company’s flagship Stillwater West PGE-Ni-Cu-Co + Au project in Montana, USA.

Results continue to support the Company’s priority objective of expanding the October 2021 inaugural mineral resource estimates, with multiple wide and highly mineralized intervals returned in step-out drilling at three deposit areas that span seven kilometers of the 12-kilometer core project area (see Figure 1). Mineralization remains open to expansion along trend and at depth in all deposit areas.

2021 Drill Highlights:

  • IM2021-04 returned 115 meters of 0.37% Nickel Equivalent (“NiEq”), or 0.98 g/t Palladium Equivalent (“PdEq”) in a step-out hole to the south of the HGR deposit area at Iron Mountain. Mineralization starts at surface and runs the entire length that has been assayed to date, returning 369 meters at 0.22% NiEq (0.60 g/t PdEq). Assays are pending from the bottom 53 meters of the 422-meter hole. As shown in Table 1, successive contained higher-grade intervals include:
    • 9.8 meters of 1.43 g/t 3E (Pd+Pt+Au) plus Ni, Cu, and Co values for total mineralization of 0.74% NiEq, or 1.98 g/t PdEq, and;
    • 4.8 meters of 1.35% NiEq (equal to 3.60 g/t PdEq) as 0.74% Ni, 0.65% Cu, 0.07% Co, and 0.24 g/t 3E.
  • CM2021-03 returned 0.24% NiEq (0.63 g/t PdEq) across its entire 428-meter length in step-out drilling in the DR and Hybrid deposit area, including contained intervals at higher grades:
    • 30.3 meters of 0.99 g/t 3E plus Ni, Cu, and Co values for a total of 0.51% NiEq, or 1.36 g/t PdEq;
    • 0.50% NiEq, or 1.34 g/t PdEq, over 9.2 meters, and;
    • 0.50% NiEq, or 1.34 g/t PdEq over 7.2 meters in a separate, lower interval.
  • CM2021-02 returned top-to-bottom mineralization with 333 meters at 0.23% NiEq, or 0.61 g/t PdEq, and successive higher-grade intervals including 17.0 meters of 0.51% NiEq (1.35 g/t PdEq).
  • These results, in addition to results released December 20, 2021, demonstrate significant potential to expand the October 2021 mineral resource estimates with multiple long intervals at grades well above the 0.20% NiEq cut-off grade used in that study. Moreover, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, these results provide important intercepts in step-out drill holes located up to several hundred meters from three of the five deposits modeled in the 2021 resource estimate:
    • CM2021-02 and -03 are two of six holes drilled in 2021 in the DR and Hybrid deposit area to step out from high-grade nickel sulphide-PGE mineralization identified in hole CM2020-04. In addition, these holes also returned potentially significant extensions of hybrid-type mineralization. Hole CM2021-01, reported December 20, 2021, was drilled south from the same pad as CM2021-02 and returned 728 meters of continuous sulphide mineralization at 0.27% NiEq, or 0.73 g/t PdEq, with multiple contained intervals at successively higher grades;
    • CZ2021-02 is one of two holes drilled in 2021 to step-out to the south of the CZ deposit in the area of wide, high-grade mineralization returned in hole CZ2019-01. Hole CZ2021-01, reported December 20, 2021, returned the widest high-grade intercept to date on the project being 63.7 meters of 0.92% NiEq (2.46 g/t PdEq) in this area;
    • IM2021-04 is one of six holes drilled in the HGR deposit area with the objective of expanding on wide intervals of high-grade mineralization returned in hole IM2019-03 which returned 272 meters at 0.43% NiEq (1.16 g/t PdEq) including 26.8 meters at 1.24 g/t 4E, 0.34% Ni, 0.15% Cu, and 0.019% Co, for 0.96% NiEq (2.55 g/t PdEq).
  • Assay results remain pending from eight holes, in addition to rhodium assay results on the majority of mineralized intervals reported to date.

Assays pending for rhodium and certain intervals denoted by *. Highlighted significant intercepts with grade-thickness values over 20 gram-meter PdEq are presented above, except as noted. Grade thickness values cover significant mineralized intervals with total palladium and nickel equivalent grade-thickness determined by multiplying the thickness of continuous mineralization (in meters) by the palladium equivalent grade (in grams/tonne) to provide gram-meter values (g-m) or by multiplying the nickel equivalent grade (in percent) to provide percent-meter values as shown. Total nickel and palladium equivalent calculations reflect total gross metal content using metals prices as follows (all USD): $7.00/lb nickel (Ni), $3.50/lb copper (Cu), $20.00/lb cobalt (Co), $1,000/oz platinum (Pt), $1,800/oz palladium (Pd), and $1,600/oz gold (Au). Equivalent values have not been adjusted to reflect metallurgical recoveries. Total metal equivalent values include both base and precious metals. In terms of dollar value, 0.20% nickel equates to a copper value of 0.40%, or a palladium value of 0.53 g/t, using the above metal values. Intervals are reported as drilled widths and are believed to be representative of the actual width of mineralization.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance

2021 drill core samples were analyzed by ACT Labs in Vancouver, B.C. Sample preparation: crush (< 7 kg) up to 80% passing 2 mm, riffle split (250 g) and pulverize (mild steel) to 95% passing 105 µm included cleaner sand. Gold, platinum, and palladium were analyzed by fire assay (1C-OES) with ICP finish. Selected major and trace elements were analyzed by peroxide fusion with 8-Peroxide ICP-OES finish to insure complete dissolution of resistate minerals. Following industry QA/QC standards, blanks, duplicate samples, and certified standards were also assayed.

Mr. Mike Ostenson, P.Geo., is the qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101, and he has reviewed and approved the technical disclosure contained in this news release.
