(TSXV: BRVO), (“Bravo” or the “Company“) today announced it has received assay results from a further five diamond drill holes (“DDH”) (four infill drill holes and one twin drill hole), bringing the total to 42 drill holes (including four twin drill holes) completed to date at its wholly owned Luanga platinum group metals (palladium + platinum + rhodium) + gold + nickel (PGM+Au+Ni) project (“Luanga“), located in the Carajás Mineral Province, state of Pará, Brazil. Samples for a further 15 drill holes are already at the laboratory for analysis.

Luanga Drill Program

The Phase 1 drill program at Luanga is designed to confirm, infill and step out from the previously defined mineralization in order to increase confidence in the geological model and provide the basis for future mineral resource estimates.

As part of the Phase 1 program, Bravo has received final assay results (including palladium, platinum, rhodium, gold and nickel sulphide) for the third twin hole and the first four infill drill holes (shown below and listed in Schedule 1). Samples were submitted to ALS Brasil Limitada’s (“ALS“) preparatory laboratory in Parauapebas, located approximately 72km from Luanga, and then sent to their laboratories in Peru and Vancouver for assaying (Schedule 2).

Drilling by Bravo on new infill sections has, in several parts of the Luanga deposit, intersected zones containing significant amounts of coarser disseminated sulphides not previously observed in historic drilling.  An example is shown in the photo below of samples from drill hole DDH22LU039 (assays pending). In some cases, these zones also include narrow bands of semi-massive sulphides. Pending assay results will determine how these zones correlate to grades.

A comparison of the original historic intercept with the Bravo twin hole intercept is tabulated below. Bravo’s twin hole intercept closely correlates with the adjacent historic drill hole in both thicknesses and grade, noting that Bravo nickel grades are for sulphide nickel which is representative of actual potentially recoverable (by froth flotation treatment) nickel, and does not include non-recoverable silicate nickel whereas VALE’s assays were total nickel, including both sulphide and non-recoverable silicate nickel.

Drilling Progress

Bravo now has five diamond drill rigs operating at Luanga, with the sixth rig off site for servicing. The Phase 1 drill program is focused on confirming the results of the extensive historic drilling that included 252 core holes aggregating 50,353m completed by the previous owner in the early 2000s.  The footprint of the Luanga deposit encompasses 238 of these holes. Bravo has now completed 42 holes (aggregating 6,678m of drilling) including four twin holes. Holes are being systematically logged, sampled and sent for assay. To date, 5,833 samples have been submitted for assay. Assay results are currently pending for 15 drill holes.

Drill holes DDH22LU003, 004, 007 and 008 all successfully intersected the main Luanga mineralized zone, which lies at the contact between the mafic and ultramafic rock sequences, confirming the tenor, width and continuation of mineralization seen in nearby wide spaced historic drill sections. DDH22LU008 was collared on top of the main mineralized zone, intersecting grade from surface, while DDH22LU002 was drilled too far north, intersecting the mafic sequence in the hangingwall, which still contains low grade zones of mineralization.

Schedule 2: Assay Methodologies and QAQC

Samples followed chain of custody between collection, processing and delivery to the ALS laboratory in Parauapebas, state of Pará, Brazil. The drill core was delivered to the core shack at Bravo’s Luanga site facilities and processed by geologists who inserted certified reference materials, blanks and duplicates into the sampling sequence. Drill core was half cut and placed in secured polyurethane bags, then in security-sealed sacks before being delivered directly from the Luanga site facilities to the Parauapebas ALS laboratory by Bravo staff. Additional information about the methodology can be found on the ALS global website (ALS) in the analytical guides. Information regarding preparation and analysis of historic drill core is also presented in the table below, where the information is known.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (“QAQC“) is maintained internally at the lab through rigorous use of internal certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicates. An additional QAQC program is administered by Bravo using certified reference materials, duplicate samples and blank samples that are blindly inserted into the sample batch. If a QAQC sample returns an unacceptable value an investigation into the results is triggered and when deemed necessary, the samples that were tested in the batch with the failed QAQC sample are re-tested.

Diamcor Announces Application for a Management Cease Trade Order

KELOWNA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 29, 2022 / Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV.DMI / OTCQB-DMIFF / FRA-DC3A), (the “Company“) announces that due to ongoing delays in South Africa noted below, the Company will be unable to file its audited financial statements and corresponding management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended March 31, 2022 (collectively, the “Financial Disclosure“) on or before the prescribed filing deadline of July 29, 2022 as required by National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

The Company’s mining operations are located in South Africa, which has been experiencing Stage 6 load-shedding (also known as rolling blackouts) this month by the state-owned electricity utility, Eskom. The reasons for the delay in filing include the inability to complete the South African portion of the Company’s annual audit in normal time frames as a result of ongoing delays relating to the power load-shedding implemented by Eskom, and the Canadian auditors’ inability to complete their audit due to reliance on the finalization of audit work in South Africa.

The Company is working with its auditors on the remaining items to allow for the audit of the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2022 to be completed. The Company anticipates that it will be in a position to file its Financial Disclosure before August 31, 2022. The Company confirms that it will comply with the alternative information guidelines included in National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders, for so long as it remains in default of a specified requirement.

The Company has filed an application with the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Alberta Securities Commission requesting that they issue a management cease trade order against the Company’s Directors, Officers and Insiders instead of a cease trade order against the Company and all of its securityholders.

As has been widely reported, South Africa’s state-owned power supplier Eskom was forced to implement significant load-shedding measures over a period of several weeks. The load-shedding measures were varied depending on power reduction requirements, but resulted in power blackouts several times per day over a period of weeks. About Krone-Endora at Venetia

In February 2011, Diamcor acquired the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project from De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited, consisting of the prospecting rights over the farms Krone 104 and Endora 66, which represent a combined surface area of approximately 5,888 hectares directly adjacent to De Beers’ flagship Venetia Diamond Mine in South Africa. On September 11, 2014, the Company announced that the South African Department of Mineral Resources had granted a Mining Right for the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project encompassing 657.71 hectares of the Project’s total area of 5,888 hectares. Decision of Madagascar Supreme Court

On February 15, 2022, the Cassation (Supreme Court, “the Court”) of Madagascar held a trial (see Background to the case below). Neither Mr. Goertz nor his lawyers attended the trial.

On March 15, 2022, the Court rendered its decision, which cannot be appealed according to our counsel in Madagascar. The Court upheld the original sentencing of two years in prison for Mr. Goertz and he will be banned from staying in Madagascar for a period of three years after he has served his sentence. The Court also ordered Mr. Goertz to pay DNI 65,000,000 Ariary (sixty five million Ariary) in damages. All charges against Mr. Weir, that Mr. Goertz had brought forward to the police in Madagascar, were dropped in their entirety.

Mr. Goertz had already been removed as Gerant of DNIM Holding No.1 Sarl and DNI has applied to remove him as Gerant of DNI Metals Madagascar Sarl. Now that Mr. Goertz has been criminally convicted, he cannot serve as a Gerant of any company in Madagascar. His continued claims of having control of the DNI assets are baseless. Background

Under Malagasy law, if a person becomes aware of a crime it must be reported to the police. Therefore, Mr. Daniel Weir, Chairman of DNI Metals Inc. reported the fraud to the police. The fraud being, that the former DNI Madagascar team led, by Mr. Steven Goertz, had apparently forged government documents and misappropriated funds.

On February 19, 2020, a trial was held. On March 5, 2020, the judgement and sentencing were released to us. The court found Mr. Goertz guilty of fraud and forgery of official government documents. He was sentenced to two years in prison and Mr. Goertz will be banned from staying in Madagascar for a period of three years after he has served his sentence. The same court also ordered Mr. Goertz to pay DNI, 60,000,000 Ariary (sixty million Ariary) in damages.

On October 6, 2020, an opposition trial was held for Mr. Goertz. Since Mr. Goertz nor his lawyers attended the original trial in February of 2020, he was entitled to oppose the length of the sentencing but not the fraud and forgery charges themselves. The court upheld the original sentencing of two years in prison and Mr. Goertz will be banned from staying in Madagascar for a period of three years after he has served his sentence. The same court also ordered Mr. Goertz to pay DNI, 60,000,000 Ariary (sixty million Ariary) in damages, plus court costs of 5,000,000 Ariary (five million Ariary)

On February 12, 2021, an appeal trial was held. The court upheld the original sentencing of two years in prison and Mr. Goertz will be banned from staying in Madagascar for a period of three years after he has served his sentence. The same court also ordered Mr. Goertz to pay DNI, 65,000,000 Ariary (sixty million Ariary) in damages.

Status of Mining Permits in Madagascar

According to Mining Review Africa, in an article dated November 4, 2020;

“Since assuming office in January 2019, President Andry Rajoelina has made reform of the mining sector one of his top priorities, yet his approach has drawn criticism from industry players.”

“Approval of a new mining code by the government council on 20 November 2019, after no prior consultation with stakeholders, sent shock waves through the industry.”

“Although the provisions were rejected at a subsequent cabinet meeting on 27 November 2019, the government’s approach served to fuel distrust between Rajoelina’s administration and mining operators.”

“At the time, there were mounting frustrations within the government that big asset operators such as Rio Tinto, which had accumulated significant debts at QIT Madagascar Minerals, were under-performing.”

“Pressure from the World Bank and the Chamber of Mines eventually led the Ministry of Mines to initiate a proper consultation process involving all stakeholders.”

“The COVID-19 pandemic has stalled this review process.”

The government of Madagascar continues to have the issuing of all licenses, permits and title cards on hold as they are still considering changes to some of the mining laws.

On August 15, 2021, a new Mines Minister was appointed in Madagascar, he then resigned 4 days later on August 19, 2021. The Prime Minister of Madagascar temporary held the position of Mines Minister.

On March 16, 2022, a new Mines Minister, Oliver Rakotomalala, was appointed. DNI has congratulated Mr. Rakotomalala on his appointment. Mr. Rakotomalala understands the Canadian public markets as he previously worked for a company that was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Cougar Metals

On September 24, 2018, a Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement“) was reached between DNI and Cougar Metals NL (“Cougar“) with respect to the DNI Vohitsara Property in Madagascar.

On July 23, 2019, DNI issued Cougar a default notice claiming that Cougar had breached the non-disparagement provision in the Agreement. Cougar requested an arbitration to dispute the default. A hearing was held on November 18, 2019, in Toronto.

On December 2, 2019, a decision was handed down by the arbitrator in which it was decided that;

  1. Cougar had breached the non-disparagement provisions of the Agreement;
  2. The DNI notice of breach was justified and the Cougar claim was dismissed;
  3. DNI was unable to prove that it had incurred financial damages as a result of the Cougar breach;
  4. DNI’s request for a set off against, or cancellation of, the payment to be made by DNI to Cougar under the Agreement was dismissed; and
  5. The original payment that was due to Cougar on July 25, 2019, was now due two days after the date of the decision and the regular payment schedule under the Agreement was to commence thereafter.

However, on November 5, 2019 (prior to the arbitrator decision dated December 2nd) DNI was forced to issue Cougar a second default notice for continued failure to observe the non-disparagement and confidentiality obligations of the Agreement. As applicable with the first default notice, the Agreement provides that DNI is entitled to suspend payment of the balance of the amount owing under the Agreement pending determination of any dispute regarding Cougar’s breach by an arbitrator.

On December 10, 2019, DNI was forced to issue Cougar a third default notice, a fourth notice was issued to Cougar on May 4, 2020, a fifth and sixth notice on March 16, 2021, a seventh notice on July 30, 2021, an eighth notice on October 18, 2021, and a ninth notice was issued on March 28, 2022.

Again, under the Agreement, DNI is entitled to suspend payment of the balance of the amount owing under the Agreement pending determination of any dispute regarding Cougar’s breach by an arbitrator.

According to a news Bulletin from the ASX, dated Oct 5, 2021, Cougar Metals NL (‘CGM’) was removed from the Official List from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 5 October 2021 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.12. The securities of CGM have been suspended from trading for a continuous period of 2 years. The removal has been undertaken in accordance with the policy set out in section 3.4 of ASX Listing Rules Guidance Note 33 Removal of Entities from the ASX Official List.

Metallic Minerals Announces Start of Drilling at La Plata Silver-Gold-Copper Project in Southwest Colorado, USA, and Extends Warrant Expiry

This is the Company’s second diamond core drill program at La Plata and follows the establishment of a new NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate announced earlier this year (see news release dated April 26, 2022).

The initial focus of the 2022 drill program is to extend the limits of previously drill-identified mineralization in the Allard resource area, which is expected to form the basis for updated and expanded resource estimate in 2023. The Company is in the process of completing a follow-up ground-based induced polarization geophysical survey designed to support resource expansion drilling, as well as to help refine and prioritize additional copper-silver-gold porphyry targets developed from the Company’s systematic exploration and the application of new technologies on the project.

La Plata Project Highlights

  • Inaugural National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) compliant inferred mineral resource issued April 2022 for the Allard deposit totals 889 million pounds of copper and 15 million ounces of silver in a constrained model, with 115.7 million tonnes at an average grade of 0.39% copper equivalent (“Cu Eq”) (0.35% Cu and 4.02 g/t Ag) using a 0.25% Cu Eq cut-off grade1.
  • Drilling highlights at the Allard porphyry system include 395 m grading 0.57% copper equivalent (0.51% Cu, 6.3 g/t Ag and 0.017 g/t Au) in LP-03, and 854 m at 0.26% Cu, including 254 m grading 0.41% Cu, in drill hole LP-01. Both drill holes started and ended in mineralization.

The La Plata district has a long and rich history of mining with the first silver deposits discovered in the 1700s by Spanish explorers. High-grade silver and gold production has been documented from the 1870s through the early 1940s from vein structures, replacement bodies and breccia zones at over 90 individual mines and prospects3. From the 1950s to 1970s, major miners including Rio Tinto (Bear Creek) and Freeport-McMoRan (Phelps Dodge) explored the district focusing on the significant potential for bulk-tonnage disseminated and stockwork hosted mineralization2. Freeport-McMoRan retained ownership of claims in the district until 2002 when they sold their holdings to the current underlying vendors during the lows of the last metal price cycle.

A total of 56 drill holes totaling 15,200 m have been drilled on the property since the 1950s which confirm the presence of large multi-phase porphyry system with significant silver, gold and copper. This large-scale mineralized system is associated with a 10 km2 strongly magnetic signature with intense hydrothermal alteration. Surrounding the central porphyry system is an associated high-grade silver and gold-rich epithermal system measuring at least 8 km by 2 km that hosts 56 identified vein, replacement, and breccia structures. Historical production from some of these high-grade structures included bonanza grades for silver and gold2.

In addition to the development of the inaugural resource estimate, exploration completed by Metallic Minerals at La Plata to date has included confirmation drilling, resampling of historic drill core and underground sampling, surface mapping, and soil sampling. The Company has also completed comprehensive geophysical surveys over the project including airborne resistivity and magnetics, ground-based induced polarization surveys, and analysis of multi-spectral remote sensing data to establish mineralized anomalies and domains for the various styles of mineralization. This work has identified 16 untested potential porphyry centers outside of the main Allard resource area, as well as developed targets with potential for significant high-grade epithermal silver and gold.

Warrant Extension

Metallic further announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date on 9,587,500 warrants that were due to expire August 13, 2022 (the “Warrants”) to February 13, 2023. The Warrants were originally issued as part of a financing completed in August 2020 (see news release dated August 13, 2020) led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters including Red Cloud Securities Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation. The warrants entitle the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.60.

Highlights (See Figures 1 – 4)

  • Drill holes APC-3 and APC-5 were drilled in opposite directions from two separate drill pads to the northeast and southwest respectively in order to test continuity of the mineralized breccia previously intersected in holes APC-1, APC-1W and APC-2 (see press releases dated April 27, 2022, June 22 and July 6, 2022). Both holes intersected at least 200 metres of mineralized breccia, from 276 metres downhole (200 metres vertical) in APC-3 and from 252.6 metres downhole (135 metres vertical) in APC-5. Core from these holes have been sent to the lab as a batch and assay results are expected in the near future.
  • Drill hole APC-4 targeted a newly generated breccia target located closely to the east of the main breccia at Apollo where a small historical artisanal mine is located. After passing through weathered and unmineralized material, the hole intersected 10 to15 metres of favorable breccia with overprinting CBM veins. Core logging from this hole is being finalized and half core will be sent to the assay lab shortly for analysis.
  • Visual observations and results to date from the first five holes drilled into the Apollo target confirm that the main mineralized breccia has a minimum strike length of 300 metres in a NE-SW direction and extends to at least 400 metres vertically below surface. The target remains open in all directions.
  • Mineralization is remarkably continuous along the axis of both intercepts and is hosted within a breccia sulphide matrix consisting of chalcopyrite (Cu), pyrite and pyrrhotite. The breccia clasts are all quartz diorite in composition and this hydrothermal system is clearly linked to a porphyry system. Additionally, overprinting carbonate base metal (“CBM”) veins flood the breccia matrix in various locations along the mineralized intervals. In drill hole APC-3, zones of sheeted CBM veins were outlined over intervals of 10 to 25 metres with visible sphalerite (Zn) and Galena (Pb) observed.
  • The Apollo target, as defined to date by surface mapping, rock sampling and copper and molybdenum soil geochemistry, covers an 800 metre X 700 metre area and further drilling is planned from various locations to continue to expand the mineralized zone.
  • Apollo is road accessible all year-round and is situated within an elevation range of 1,800 to 2,000 metres above sea level. Additionally, an electrical substation is located less than one kilometre from the target area.

These two new holes outline the robust nature of this mineralized breccia, and we now have three intercepts measuring more than 200 metres in length which are beginning to point to the discovery of a potentially large bulk-style mineralized system. The assay results below came from a test carried out by SBMI to further confirm, in practice, the efficiencies with which SBMI’s assay lab would process the high-grade ore from the Buckeye Mine. The person who carried out the test in Arizona was Ron Murphy, the Company’s VP Mining, together with SBMI’s assay team, under the supervision of Bob Budd, metallurgical engineer.

These results are spectacular and Management is thrilled with them as the extreme results were unexpected due to the fine dissemination of silver throughout this type of rock. However, Management believes the grade of future beads can be increased as the field team continues to fine tune the mill and the assay lab to increase their efficiencies.

“We designed the assay lab and the mill with the high-grade material from the Buckeye in mind, in the belief they would work together to produce saleable high grade material,” said A. SBMI continues to bring what it believes to be high-grade product from the Buckeye Mine to the millsite, in anticipation of completing the mill tune-up with lower grade material, and then commencing milling the higher grade material. Discussions are underway with various potential buyers for SBMI’s concentrate, and for the dore once poured.

QA/QC

The samples analyzed by SBMI at its facility near Globe, Arizona were processed through the Lab Jaw Crusher, Lab Hammer Mill and Splitter Box into an aliquot. Most of the pulverized aliquot was mixed with a flux and flour combination and melted in a crucible at 1,850 degree Fahrenheit, with the remainder being logged and archived. Upon cooling, the poured melt was in the form of a metal button and slag, following which a bone ash cupel was utilized to eliminate the lead in the button to form a bead. The bead was then weighed, following which a solution of 6 to 1 distilled water to nitric acid was utilized to dissolve the silver in the bead at approximately 175 degrees Fahrenheit. Readers should be aware that the SBMI facilities have been designed for quick production grade control and are not ISO compliant; however, duplicate sampling with other ISO labs has been done on past samples with good correlation.

Diamcor Mining Inc. is a fully reporting publically traded junior diamond mining company which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol V.DMI, and on the OTC QB International under the symbol DMIFF. Rather than exposing itself to the high risks and costs associated with traditional exploration, the Company’s focus is on the identification, acquisition, and operation of unique diamond projects with near-term production potential such as the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project.

The Krone-Endora at Venetia project was acquired from De Beers and is co-located directly adjacent to the De Beers Venetia Diamond Mine in the Limpopo province of the Republic of South Africa, approximately 500 km north-northeast of Johannesburg. The Venetia mine is the 3rd largest diamond mine in the world, and South Africa’s largest producer of diamonds, accounting for over 50% of South Africa’s annual output. A high percentage of the diamonds produced at Venetia are reported as being gem quality, with the rest sold for industrial uses. Given the Krone-Endora projects location directly adjacent to the established Venetia mine, many operational benefits are obvious. In addition to this, both the previous exploration and the NI43-101 report concluded that the deposit on Krone-Endora at Venetia was not only an alluvial deposit, but also a rare eluvial deposit indicating a direct shift of material from the higher grounds of the Venetia Kimberlite clusters onto the lower surrounding areas of Krone-Endora. Given the eluvial nature of the deposit and its location directly adjacent to the source, the diamondiferous gravels at Krone-Endora at Venetia appear much more consistent in nature with initial grades from drilling and bulk testing much higher than that of typical alluvial type deposits.

As part of the acquisition process an independent NI 43-101 technical report for the Krone-Endora at Venetia project was released by the Company in July of 2009 and updated in April of 2015. The updated report provided an inferred resource estimate of 57,981,000 tonnes of diamond-bearing gravels with 1,387,000 carats of diamonds for the areas of the project on which work has been done to date. In conjunction with a planned move to immediate trial-mining exercises on these areas, the Company will concurrently perform additional drilling to determine the full potential of the project to assist in final production decisions. The deposit is also noted to be near surface, and diamond bearing from surface to bedrock, and with a total depth of 15 meters from surface to bedrock, will allow for a simple, low-cost strip mining operation to be employed.

Results have been received for three holes that have infilled areas of the Main Zone that are between sections drilled by historic holes with collar survey problems.

The holes were only constrained by the 500-meter vertical depth limit being applied to all holes in this program. As with the historic holes, these holes intersected several broad zones of low-grade mineralization within the altered diorite intrusion host. Examples include 74.95m @ 0.58 g/t Au from 40.35m, 55.0m @ 0.88 g/t Au from 182.0m and 44.2m @ 0.8 g/t Au from 342.9m in MMD-22-028; 81.55m @ 0.51 g/t Au from 7.0m and 117.55m @ 0.38 g/t Au from 336.0m in MMD-22-030; and 81.45m @ 0.50 g/t Au from 528.55m in MMD-22-032.

All of these low-grade zones occur as envelopes to higher-grade structures. An analysis of oriented core by renowned structural geologist, Dr. Brett Davis, confirmed that these form a three-dimensional, anastomosing shear network that has developed in response to strain on the altered diorite intrusion. Results include the broad zones of +1 g/t Au mineralization shown in the highlights (e.g., 21.2m @ 1.66 g/t Au from 187.7m in MMD-22-028) and several narrow high-grade intervals, including 0.4m @ 61.5 g/t Au from 349.6m and 0.6m @ 13.6 g/t Au from 352.5m in MMD-22-028; and 0.4m @ 14.7 g/t Au from 363.55m in MMD-22-030.

The high grade near surface intercepts in MMD-22-028 and MMD-22-030 extend previously defined high-grade mineralization to surface.

MMD-22-032 also extended across the altered diorite into the wall rock to test the southern parallel zone. This broad zone of low-grade mineralization (51.85m @ 0.60 g/t Au from 805.9m) occurs around the higher-grade structures listed in the highlights.

Pete Flindell, VP Exploration for Goldshore, said, “The recent structural geology review by Dr. Brett Davis has helped resolve the theories we have been developing for the genesis of the Moss Lake gold deposit. Our improved understanding will guide the upcoming geological modelling exercise. Specifically, we will model a 3D anastomosing shear network that hosts the higher grades in the deposit and direct the geometry of the lower grade haloes. This is a significant step forward as the historic resource model ignores high grade gold mineralization.”

Analytical and QA/QC Procedures

All samples were sent to ALS Geochemistry in Thunder Bay for preparation and analysis was performed in the ALS Vancouver analytical facility. ALS is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) for the Accreditation of Mineral Analysis Testing Laboratories and CAN-P-4E ISO/IEC 17025. Samples were analyzed for gold via fire assay with an AA finish (“Au-AA23“) and 48 pathfinder elements via ICP-MS after four-acid digestion (“ME-MS61“). Samples that assayed over 10 ppm Au were re-run via fire assay with a gravimetric finish (“Au-GRA21“).

In addition to ALS quality assurance / quality control (“QA/QC“) protocols, Goldshore has implemented a quality control program for all samples collected through the drilling program. The quality control program was designed by a qualified and independent third party, with a focus on the quality of analytical results for gold. Analytical results are received, imported to our secure on-line database and evaluated to meet our established guidelines to ensure that all sample batches pass industry best practice for analytical quality control. Certified reference materials are considered acceptable if values returned are within three standard deviations of the certified value reported by the manufacture of the material. In addition to the certified reference material, certified blank material is included in the sample stream to monitor contamination during sample preparation. Blank material results are assessed based on the returned gold result being less than ten times the quoted lower detection limit of the analytical method. The results of the on-going analytical quality control program are evaluated and reported to Goldshore by Orix Geoscience Inc.

About the Moss Lake Gold Project

The Moss Lake Gold Project is located approximately 100 km west of the city of Thunder Bay, Ontario. It is accessed via Highway 11 which passes within 1 km of the property boundary to the north. The Moss Lake Gold Project covers 14,292 hectares and consists of 282 unpatented and patented mining claims.

Moss Lake hosts a number of gold and base metal rich deposits including the Moss Lake Deposit, the East Coldstream Deposit (Table 3), the historically producing North Coldstream Mine (Table 4), and the Hamlin Zone, all of which occur over a mineralized trend exceeding 20 km in length. A historical preliminary economic assessment was completed on Moss Lake in 2013 and published by Moss Lake Gold1. A historical mineral resource estimate was completed on the East Coldstream Deposit in 2011 by Foundation Resources Inc2,3. In addition to these zones, the Moss Lake Gold Project also hosts a number of under-explored mineral occurrences which are reported to exist both at surface and in historically drilled holes. The Moss Lake Deposit is a shear-hosted disseminated-style gold deposit which outcrops at surface. It has been drilled over a 2.5 km length and to depths of 300 m with 376 holes completed between 1983 and 2017. The last drilling program conducted in 2016 and 2017 by Wesdome, which consisted of widely spaced holes along the strike extension of the deposit was successful in expanding the mineralized footprint and hydrothermal system 1.6 km to the northeast. Additionally, the deposit remains largely open to depth. In 2017, Wesdome completed an induced polarization survey which traced the potential extensions of pyrite mineralization associated with the Moss Lake Deposit over a total strike length of 8 km and spanning the entire extent of the survey grids.

The East Coldstream Deposit is a shear-hosted disseminated-style gold deposit which locally outcrops at surface. It has been drilled over a 1.3 km length and to depths of 200 m with 138 holes completed between 1988 and 2017. The deposit remains largely open at depth and may have the potential for expansion along strike. Historic drill hole highlights from the East Coldstream Deposit include 4.86 g/t Au over 27.3 m in C-10-15.

The historically producing North Coldstream Mine is reported to have produced significant amounts of copper, gold and silver4 from mineralization with potential iron-oxide-copper-gold deposit style affinity. The exploration potential immediately surrounding the historic mining area is not currently well understood and historic data compilation is required.

The Hamlin Zone is a significant occurrence of copper and gold mineralization, and also of potential iron-oxide-copper-gold deposit style affinity. Between 2008 and 2011, Glencore tested Hamlin with 24 drill holes which successfully outlined a broad and intermittently mineralized zone over a strike length of 900 m. Historic drill hole highlights from the Hamlin Zone include 0.9 g/t Au and 0.35% Cu over 150.7 m in HAM-11-75.

The Moss Lake, East Coldstream and North Coldstream deposits sit on a mineral trend marked by a regionally significant deformation zone locally referred to as the Wawiag Fault Zone in the area of the Moss Lake Deposit. This deformation zone occurs over a length of approximately 20 km on the Moss Lake Gold Project and there is an area spanning approximately 7 km between the Moss Lake and East Coldstream deposits that is significantly underexplored.
