Sprott Loan Repayment. EMX has repaid the US $5 million senior secured credit facility loan from Sprott Private Resource Lending (Collector), LP (“Sprott”)1. EMX thanks Sprott for providing timely support of the Company’s royalty, royalty generation and strategic investment initiatives.
