Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as the auditor of the Company
The number of Directors was set at five with the following nominees elected as directors: Rupert J. Allan, Walter Coles Jr., Ronald K. Netolitzky, Craig Parry and Peter N. Tredger
The Company’s Incentive Stock Options Plan was re-approved
Following the AGM, the board appointed Rupert Allan, Craig Parry and Peter N. Tredger to both the Audit Committee, and the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee.
Skeena Resources Limited is a junior Canadian mining exploration company focused on developing prospective base and precious metal properties in the Golden Triangle region of northwest British Columbia, Canada.
